Meanwhile in Germany …
Here’s an update from track cyclist Robert Förstemann (the guy with the Huge Thighs).
He now Squats what looks like 260 (or even 290kg?) for a double!
Wikipedia lists him as being 174cm and 90kg bodyweight.
Thanks to Anton for the video.

i see: 14*15+2*10+2*5+20=260. where’s my mistake?
Gregor says
via someone that commented on facebook: 6 x 20 kg + 1 x 10 kg + 1 x 5 kg on each side + 20 kg barbell
mrtn says
yes, very impressive! not only a non-strength-first athlete, but also an athlete who rides up to 100-120km in early stages of his building phase.
15kgPlates says
This is inside a McFit. And this are 15kg Plates not 20. The 20kg of McFIt are much bigger
Tom Bennett says
freaking serious legs…you can tell from the side even.
Peter says
This looks like McFit and at least in Berlin McFit, the biggest plates were 15 kg. 15, 10 and 5 => makes 260 more likely (also given the earlier video with the same weight).

Thanks

Yep I already had linked that in the original post about him on ATG.
Coincidentally plugging 210 x10 into ATG’s Rep Max Calc: https://allthingsgym.com/rep-max-calculator/ results in a 260kg double 🙂

My bad… didn’t look before posting.
