Mixed in a CrossFit mainsite WOD after some power snatch technique training today.
Workout was:
15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
135 pound Power clean
Bar-facing burpee
Subbed normal Burpees for Bar-facing burpees and didn’t go overboard with my pace. Instead I focused on not compromising form too much, while still keeping the tempo high enough to be pretty gassed at the end.
