In Event 5 each athlete had 2 minutes to establish a
- 2 minutes to establish a 1 rep max chest-to-bar pull-ups
- 2 minutes to establish a 1 rep max snatch
- 60 seconds to carry 2 weighted water jugs as far as possible
Athletes were ranked in each test with the sum of their 3 rankings, determining their final score for the event.
I especially enjoyed Men’s Event 5 Heat 3.
Results
Lucas Parker did the heaviest weighted chest to bar pull up with 130 lbs.
Aja Barto did the heaviest snatch with 265 lbs (same as Spencer Hendel Heat 5)
Patrick Burke owned the Jug Carry with 375′‘.
Also watch the Men’s Event 5 Heat 5 which had great performances.
Event 6, “The Killer Cage”, was three rounds for time of:
- 225 pound Front squat, 7 reps
- Bike 700 meters
- 100 foot Monkey bar traverse
