I was advised after 4 times shoulder dislocation that doing these would be a good idea aswell as front presses, whats the main advantage, is it just the differnt angle hitting the whole delt?

When I do these I feel it that the entire shoulder gets worked. Especially the lateral delts and the traps are firing. Usually I do these in the 8-12 reps range though and not for 1RM like Paul.
