If you are on the road or in a hotel and want to get a little workout done without equipment, try this little isometrics workout from Dominik Feischl.
3 rounds, 1 minute isometric holds of each:
- wall sit (don’t put hands on your thighs, leave them hanging)
- isometric Push up hold(1st minute at bottom position, 2nd at mid position, 3rd top position)
- isometric Pull up hold (1st minute at top position, 2nd at mid position, 3rd at top position)
