Here is a tasty High Protein Pancake recipe from my buddy Anton.
Try to cook them in your rice cooker 🙂
This batch makes for about 5-8Â pancakes. Mix it up and fry it on medium/low temperature.
- 5 egg whites
- 3 egg yolks
- 50 g quark
- 0,3 dl Wheat flour (instant oats work too)
- 60 g Whey-80 with choclate flavour

- Protein: 82 g
- Carbohydrates: 22 g
- Fat: 16 g
Quark-based Protein Jam
Just mix it up well with a blender and put on the pancakes.
- 200 g quark
- 100 g Berries
- Sweeten it with some Stevia or similar.
