Artem Okulov won the 85kg at the 2013 Jr Worlds in Peru.
165kg Snatch and 195kg Clean & Jerk was enough to take home gold.
He went 6/6 with 155kg, 160kg, 165kg Snatches and 185kg, 191kg, 195kg C&Js, for a 15kg lead in the total.
Earlier this year in the Russian Junior championships this year he did 165/200 (almost 170/205).
