ATG on Tour Mohamed Ehab Egypt Part 6 Agility Drills & Plyometrics

After the brutal Wednesday evening max out session you saw in Part 4 & Part 5 of the ATG on Tour in Egypt Series, here is what went on the next morning.

The team had to do a fitness workout focusing on agility drills and plyometrics.

Session lasted 90 minutes, from 10:00 – 11:30.

  • 01:49 Suicide Sprints / Shuttle Runs
  • 03:25 Box Jumps / Rebounding Jump Circuits
  • 03:58 weighted Jumps
  • 09:92 Trampoline Stuff
  • 12:10 Core / Ab Training
