Here is the next part in the ATG on Tour Mohamed Ehab Series.
Part 3 is the Wednesday morning bodybuilding session.
Remember the night before the team got massages. So this session acted as an activation / rehab session.
Note how Mohamed uses every little opportunity to find ways to stretch his body in between sets, taking extra care of his shoulders and legs.

At this stage in training once a week. During competition that changes.

This guy is constantly moving, even between sets…stretching, shaking his limbs out, etc. I guess thats what makes him a champion! He seems to love his headphones…any idea what he listens to? (maybe I could put some on while I train and add a couple kilos!)
