Romanian Stick Push Ups
Hardest Push Ups? I don’t know about that. Certainly looks hard on your wrists. More like a bodyweight triceps extension. Giuliano Stroe does Romanian Stick Push Ups (RSP, that’s their official name). Edit: Just tried it using some dumbbell handles (couldn’t find my custom made Romanian sticks) and it definitely feels as awkward as it looks.
