    Cool, I’ll give it a shot. I hope it doesn’t require the video to be taken from a perfect angle or anything because it’s damn near impossible to prop my phone up to record as it is.

    Decent app for bar path tracking, but the bar velocity is completely off

      even if the m/s isn’t really accurate, at least you have a relative measure of bar speed, ie doing dynamic effort work, you know when you have begun to slow down, either due to load or fatigue.

      Comparing one lift to another speed wise in a basically binary way (faster/slower) is still a helpful tool

    Nice development and very practical . As a biomechanist I am a little be worry about how the application read the real distance necessary to calculate velocity if I do not use any 2d spatial frame to scale in the area of motion
