Basic stuff, I know. But I honestly can’t remember the last time I did stuff like forward / backward rolls, bear crawls, seat roll to carioca etc. So maybe you too find something to take away here.

Only thing that would top it would be Real video.
It’s a shame, because all the videos on cathletics are really good. But I have hope that someday they will upload them to youtube so more people can discover them.
