Thanks, dude. The simplest things make a big difference. Alex, one of my demo dudes, and another attendee immediately went off and got 10 pound PR’s in the bench press. You don’t have to obsess over arch, elbow angle, tummy touching…all that powerlifting bullshit. Just refine the basics. And remember, this is the bench press, not the squat, deadlift, clean, snatch, etc. Let’s keep it casual.
