As a generalization clients I come into contact with have a tendency to dissasociate the scap with the rib cage (latero-anteria, Blah, blah) and therefore impinge the posterior capsule.
Over extension is equally common.
I like to teach the band pull apart as a eccentric movement (bias). Focus on encouraging the client to keep the scap stable on the rib cage whilst the arm moves into H ADduction
