Breakfast with Justin – 70’s Big Style
Looks like a nice choice of foods and supplements, especially if you workout in the morning like I usually do.
- wake up
- hydrate – drink a liter of water
- fish oil
- multi-vitamin
- protein shake / smoothie orange juice, 2 scoops of whey protein, and some berries
- 6 eggs
- 5 slices of bacon, BACON
- potassium, keeping it equal to the sodium from the bacon
- Random meal (pre-workout is typically whey and random simple carb)
- at least one pound of meat, typically beef with salad and/or sweet potato
- tablespoon of sunflower seeds or peanut/almond butter
- fishoil again
