I don’t know what the record is, but 254kg is the heaviest I have seen so far.
Also, interesting to see the “gear” he is using. Grippy shirt and sleeves.

Pretty sure the Largest stone ever shouldered is something like 328kg by a basque athlete with an unpronounceable name.
