Snatch High Pulls with Bands
Check out 2011 Pan American +105 kg Champion, Fernado Reis performing snatch high pulls with bands. I haven’t seen Olympic lifters use bands for pulls before. Sure looks like a great exercise to get more explosive in the 2nd pull. Here is how he attaches the bands to the bar.
