Here is a really nice compilation of James Ward. He has been Britain’s Strongest Man 2010 and 2011. Looks like he had an awesome training year. 282.5kg Squat, 312.5kg Deadlift, 162k.5g Log Pres and all around amazing strongman performance. Thanks to Michal for submitting.
