Front Squat:
- Frankenstein Front Squat as first progression to force the best possible FS position
- regular Front Squat with clean grip
- grip width: thumb width outside of the knurling or index finger 1-2 inches outside of the shoulders when in front rack position
- drive elbows in and up as much as you can
Back Squat:
- high bar, of course, position the bar as high as you can
- elbows back and up to create a solid shelf, pokes chest out
Overhead Squat:

- externally rotated arms throughout the movement
