Chad Wesley Smith from JTS Strength shares his method of teaching the Squat. Maybe you can pick up a cue that is useful for you (or your trainees).

  • creating a stable shelf for the bar to sit on
  • unracking and walking out (3 step method – dominant foot, then set off foot, then set dominant foot)
  • bracing
  • knees out position
  • Variations: Paused Squats, Dead Squats, Goblet Squats
