Another tasty recipe by Nick Massie. This time it’s a chicken stew.
Looks pretty involved, but isn’t all that hard to make.
- quarter two whole chickens (or just use your normal chicken filets)
- spice it up with oregano, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, chili, white pepper, paprika and olive oil
- cut up onions, carrots, mushrooms, peppers, squash (meh)
- throw everything in your biggest pot
- add 3 cups of red wine, let it reduce it a little
- add whole canned tomatoes and tomato sauce
- add pieces of a spicey sausage, he uses elk sausages
