Nice squat, but somewhat curious as to why Kennedy gets such coverage. Again, nice lifts, but we generally never see any of the Americans who hit great training numbers here.

Short answer: because I enjoy watching his videos (that’s the main criteria for anything that’s posted on ATG)
Plus, I don’t think there are any Americans that can clean 220, do crazy flips / tricking and above all have their entire training history archived on youtube.

Fair enough. 🙂 Kennedy does make it a bit easier since he records so much of his training (not so much recently, but you know what I mean.)
