This is Clarence Kennedy’s Squat Session which followed after his Heavy Snatch Session on Thursday before Super Sunday.
- Clarence squats up to 290kg / 639lbs! The amount of force he puts into his warm up sets is really fun to watch. So much power!
- Then he does some drop sets with 230kg, followed by clean pulls and some unexpected tricking (x-out backflip, scoot to full twist, double leg)!
- Eoin does Snatch Push Press up to 180kg.
