Clarence Kennedy Q&A Part 2 Squatting Frequency

February 27, 2017 By Gregor Winter

Meanwhile in Ireland …

Clarence Kennedy does another Q&A!

Specifically:

  • Front Squat vs Back Squat frequency
  • main assistance exercises: weighted Back Extensions, Rear Delt Flys
  • currently he does the Smolov Jr. Program for Bench Press
  • he likes squatting almost every day, with fairly high volume (for example 5×5 for 4 days straight, 1 day off)

He also started a Patreon page. For just $1 (you can pledge more too) you can start supporting him in exchange for more live streams and training videos.

Anybody know what’s up with right below his left knee (you can see what I mean throughout the video, but go to 8:35)? I know he had surgery and stuff; it sort of seems like something is in there? I wonder b/c he goes heavy a lot.

If you are talking about the little bulge on the top of the knee, I think that is just a part of his very well developed quad.
