        That was 157kg but it says his max is 170.

          I think that could be 170kg press. If you translate the name of the video it comes as “157 bench press 170 standing Featured”
          Might be an incorrect translation or not clear enough as to what’s in the video.

          Actually now that I’m trying to figure out the plates, is that a yellow plate in between the red and blue? That would be 157 then

    I’ve always wondered about correct technique on this exercise, are one free to arch as much as possible? Or will that increase the risk of injury?

      Well, more arch -> more stress on lower back.

      His technique looks like the old Olympic press and is very efficient.
