Marc Keys talks you through a neat little drill for staying on heels in deadlifts.
Attach a band to your belt and have it pull you slightly forward.
Since you have to counter that forward pull it will ingrain the need for staying on your heels and opening the hips at the nearest moment.

Jay Blais says
