Derek Kendall is a powerlifter I’ve had my eyes on for a while.
Earlier this year, he squatted 365 kg with no wraps at 140 kg. He has since put on about 20 kg of bodyweight, and squatted 425 kg with wraps.
But here’s where I think ATG reader’s will be interested: a 333 kg no wraps Front Squat.
His technique reminds me of Ilya’s: a lot of forward knee travel, so a lot of stress on the quads. [Iliya’s Front Squat here]
