Dmitry Klokov Paused Back Squats

A lot of you have been requested a back squat video from Dmitry Klokov.

Today, back in Taganrog, he delivered with a Paused Squat video. 70kg to 220kg Paused with slow decent.

Translation from a youtuber:

  • for about 2 weeks he will be training in Taganrog
  • after this he will go to medical center to treat the pain in his wrist
  • then he will go to the local beach
  • this gym belongs to son of David Rigert- Vladislav, and tomorrow they will train with him and make a video of that.

    Also: I’ve seldom seen anyone make such heavy back squats so easy yet so uncomfortable.

    I suggest people try squats like it really feels 10x harder and helps develop posture and stability tremendously. His posture in the bottom position is phenomenal he doesn’t release tension at all, intense.
