Interesting foot position, looks a little narrower and toes-foward. I’ve been playing around with that ever since Kelly Starrett and Justin Lascek talked about it a few months back and definitely like it better.

If I wouldn’t be so damn inflexible I would go narrower too.
Right now it is a delegate balance between wide enough to get depth and narrow enough to not agitate the groin too much.
I get way more groin (or actually hip) agitation with a wide stance, but I assume that is a very individual thing. I currently use something like Erics stance but go a little deeper and the hip is problem free.

Oh that’s what I meant. Wide= more agitation. Narrow=heels lifting of the ground due to lack of ankle flexibililty.
