Works for me. Helps engage the lower body a lot more when deadlifting/cleaning. Especially when you deadlift clean-style.
Just be careful how much you’re pushing your knees out. I’ve strained something in my knee squatting with too much shoving of my knees.
Tried while RDL’ing yesterday. Didn’t record form, but must say I felt lot more glute work vs. hamstrings
