Problem: Snatching horizontal hip thrust
Fix: first part of the Burgener warm up (the “down and up”)
- first cue : vertical hips, with first segment of the Burgener Warm-up
- second cue: snatch from the high with hang elbows high and outside, keeping the bar close to your body
