Update: Note this app is called 1st Year Weightlifting and is not an official Starting Strength app. Plus, as I made clear in the post, I did not make it, don’t host it (Apple’s App Store does), nore do I know the creator.
iPhone / iOS: Check out 1st Year Weightlifting. It’s a free Starting Strength tracker made by a redditor. You can read his success story here..
My program basically includes everything I thought was helpful along the way. It’s SS plus options. Lots of stuff didn’t make the cut since I just want progress and no fluff. You won’t be making your own workouts and tracking 600 different exercises with this. Forget that.
Stick with what works. So now here it is. Get strong.

Hey that looks familiar. An update with some new features is coming soon. I had to take out those 2d drawings though. Seem the Aasguard Co. didn’t like my app much.

Let me know when it’s out and I’ll update the post.

I’ve been browsing through your site a bit and I like it.

It’s taken down again. After it was updated I cannot start it on my iPhone 4. Crashes on start up. It’s too bad. This app is great for SS. It got what you need and nothing more. The only functionality I’m missing is to export the data to my Garmin account.

The app has been updated with several new features and a new look. The programming has also been extended for three years so it is now called Multi-Year Weight Training.
