Ross Enamait addresses a question about the durability of furniture sliders.
A great inexpensive piece of equipment I also use quite regularly. First I didn’t even know that some fitness marketers gave these things a fancy name and sell it for a much higher price tag. But I guess that in a world where shake weights are a real thing everything is possible.
As you would expect, the ones from the super market are durable and will last you long time.
Below Ross shows a wide variety of exercises that target every body part.
Here is his original slider exercises video.
Another great exercise I “like” to do are AG Walks, shown in the video below by a student of Coach Christopher Sommer. Originally AG stood for agriculture, but his students rightly renamed the exercise Agony Walks.
Also brutal is this hamstring exercise using sliders and rubber bands.
Do you know more slider exercises? Let me know in the comments.

Baumarkt such as Obi?

I was too lazy to go to a Baumarkt, so I bought a set on amazon or ebay for next to nothing.
