Glenn Pendlay is uploading more and more narated videos of the training sessions.
Has some cool stuff in it. Like the 221kg Squat x5 by Kaleb Whitby or the 160kg Push Presses x5 by Tom Sroka.
Video focuses on drilling the positions in the 2nd pull with 2 pulls to the hips + 1 snatch.
Recently he and Don McCauley also did a video voice over.
Pretty sure that’s Kaleb Whitby not Caleb Ward.

Regardless of who did it, still an impressive set. Looking forward to what he can do now that he’s part of the MDUSA team and training with all those guys.
