Features:
- calculates an 8 weeks training plan
- logs progress & personal records
- includes a reset calculator for the 4 big lifts Squat, Deadlift, Press and Bench where you can compare your last AMRAPs
- Works with kg and this other weird unit called lbs

I have a question about the reset counter. I’ve failed at bench 90×5 on my second set. So I entered 90 and my last amrap. Now it gives me 5 numbers, what should I do with these?
