These are really tough. I am actually trying to keep my wrists lined up with my elbow (held high), but even with 5 lbs it’s tough. These are great to develop external rotation strength, and they also compliment shoulder workouts well.

kind of like a wall/floor slide with resistence, seems like a great prehab movement to add to the toolbox.
