Hysen Pulaku is greasing the groove with big snatches.
Hits 160kg Snatch 3 times and another 200kg Clean and Jerk. This was his 3rd practice which ended at 11PM last night.
And another clip from his 2nd session yesterday. 170kg Power Clean!

How can his body possibly tolerate this training load? He evidently went for max in at least two of the three sessions that day. Or are the session fairly short, perhaps? I can see how that would help focus and remove some fatigue factors. But full length, exhausting sessions surely cannot be performed 3 times per day for more than maybe two days in succession.

Well, first of, he didn’t just jump into that kind of crazy volume. He trained for the majority of his life.
The max sessions are probably short and spicy. Like 45min as is reported in most posts on the Bulgarian method.
But yeah I second your amazement.
BTW, I read your past posts on your first training sessions and wanted to comment, but for some odd reason after I hit submit, nothing happens.

I did some fiddling with the comments settings recently as others had issues too. Hopefully it should work now.
