using a Mulligan belt, gliding the tibia and fibula anterior while moving into knee flexion, and ankle/toe plantar flexion/inversion
So basically he is using band distraction while creating movement.
I think Kelly Starrett would approve. Plus it doesn’t look too difficult to recreate yourself at home.
Also: You probably can use the same technique to work on your elbows.
