I believe so if thats a white before the micro red. 25+15+20+20+10+5+2.5+2.5

These numbers are phenomenal given he was aiming for 85s. Looks heavier than that for sure.

There’s also a vid on his Facebook of him squatting 300. Looks like he’s back on track after that knee injury.

Thanks Danny, I missed that one earlier.

Cholakov peaking through the window, looking for snatch tips lol

Fortunately, he is one of the few people tall enough to easily look through those windows.

Any idea what he is weighing here?I’d like to include this in my next compilation, but I’d rather not guess at his weight. Sometimes I’ll just put the weight class for training lifts, since most people know that high level lifters lift at a heavier weight in training–is he planning on competing at 85?

He was listed as an 85 for Azerbaijan in London (didn`t end up showing up). For sure he`s heavier than that here but IMO no more than 90-91.

Thanks. I was guessing him at 90 here as well–I had actually typed that out, but deleted it, hah. Maybe I’ll just put 85 since that’s my general practice with training videos. Like I said, people generally understand that lifters train at a heavier weight than they compete. I remember Klokov saying he gets up to 120kgs or so.

The SWOLEst wler, looks even more like a bodybuilder than Klokov.

safe to say prob one of the most muscular 77s/85s ever. my friend saw his facebook pics and said “no way this guy only weights 180 something pounds”…
wonder if he will compete again. given his track record, i highly doubt he will produce these numbers officially
