Meanwhile in Australia … at the Sydney fitness expo.

Here are 2 Powerlifting World Record performances.

With a 413kg (910 lbs) Squat Jezza Uepa breaks Ray Williams’ IPF Squat World Record.

He got a 978.5kg Total at 166.8kg Bodyweight.

Kimberly Walford Deadlifts 240kg at 67kg bodyweight.

She totaled 535kg at 67.00kg.

    Legend. Welcome to the new era of raw powerlifting. 3 guys going over 400 kgs raw in the IPF. And who knows what Kendall will squat in just a bit here. I know he’s shooting for 900+.

      Derek got 881 with no wraps but should go over 1000 soon and GPA worlds in a few weeks could see Eric and Malan both over 1000!!! Not to mention Kirril looking to break Spoto’s bench record! Raw lifting is amazing right now

            Nope that was good, also 400kg. Would be surprised to see him going as low with 415-450.
            Big squat no doubt but not in the same league and malanichev…

              But the second one you posted was wrapped. Huge difference. There are fewer people squatting 881 no wraps than there are people squatting 942 with wraps.

    so much nicer to see real lifting coming back. i cannot relate to multi-ply half squats and mono lifts. this is awesome, though!
