Here is a 2010 Kelly Starrett with a nice hip warm-up sequence.
Maybe you find a movement you can incorporate into your warm-up.
For me it was the duck walks. I have not done these in a long time.
Try the advanced version if you can: hold a barbell overhead while duck walking. Heard Glenn Pendlay talk about these in a recent Weightlifting Talk episode too.

Strange how at 1:05 he snaps his neck back and forth and instructs others to do the same. Doesn’t look to be a natural movement.

when I watched the polish weightlifting team documentary they really didn’t do anything fancy for a warm up. I doubt many top lifters do much of anything that special, just doing the movements will improve your flexibility and mobility.
