Alot of novices say that, I would like to get responses from the rest of the viewers
It is only painful on your knees when a person is not able to front squat more than their body weight.
i’ll say what everyone else is thinking: GTFO
I’d be quiet if I were you, don’t wanna piss them real lifters off. You go do some bicep curls, that way you won’t stress your knees.
Not to rain on anyone’s parade, but I just realized all these videos he is posting are about 1 year old, and were posted on YouTube along time ago. Still, fantastic lifts.

Still absolutely post-worthy. I’ve noticed a lot of Kendrick’s videos don’t get much views because he titles them something weird, or strings several videos together without a descriptive title. Both the 535×10 and 510 front squat video I had never seen before, and I am a big fan of his videos.
