Lat Flys … and like most gymnastics exercises these look deceptively easy.
combines rotator cuff, scapular protraction and scapular retraction all within a single exercise.
Recommended dose: 2 to 3 sets of 15-30 reps twice per week.

Seem kinda stupid… – most people can’t even do a 30 sec hold with wide grip and 90/90 angle

He says you shouldn’t have your feet on the floor, but I don’t see why one could assist the move with feet taking a couple of kilos of your arms.
