    Has anyone ever heard him say why he does these? Or can anyone think of a benefit of doing sets like this?

      My guess is that this is just for entertainment purposed, but I have not heard Misha talk about it specifically, so who knows…

      I’ve seen several WSM squat events where weight is added each rep. Could be to train for that. Also could just be for fun.
