Over at 70s Big it is official National Bulking Day with the traditional 70s Big weight gain challenge.
Basically contestants will weigh-in pre/post meal and whoever has gained the most weight wins.

- Eat a Good Breakfast
- Have a cup of coffee every few hours after bingeing begins
- Have a glass of water with a lemon squeezed in it
- Eat a handful of almonds
- Shortly after your first binge, have a serving of yerba mate tea
- Drink water throughout the day
- Exercise
