Here is an update from Olga Zubova (75kg). Earlier in December she competed at a local competition (Krajewski Memorial Cup) in St. Petersburg. Since she is till banned she did not take part in the official competition, but lifted after the competition was over.
- Snatch: 125, 130 kg, 135х
- Clean & Jerk: 160, 165 kg, 170х

She is still suspended for nearly a year and allowed to compete in Russia. Hmmmmm
She’s such a force of nature! When she comes back she will destroy the -75 kg field with wonderful new world records.
Heh, she is 12kg lighter than Froning and can lift his PRs.
I just have to ask, since Olga Zubova is one of my favorite lifters, what exactly is she suspended for and for how long? I really miss seeing her on the competition platform, but if she has taken any crazy illegal substances I’m afraid my opinion about her will change.

Clomiphene is used to cause ovulation in women. Strange she was suspended for.
She will be a very good lifter.
Here it is used as part of the post cycle therapy, to get natural hormone production in order again and reduce risk side effects.

It (more commonly known as Clomid) is an estrogen blocker . It is used to prevent the occurrence of gynecomastia (among other things) after, or during, a steroid cycle.
Olga must be able to participate by now?
Thought suspension ended in August or September.
She is very tough to beat as she can intimidate others by making them nervous.
