Here are three clips showing Olympic Champion and World Record Holder Om Yun Chol (56kg, North Korea).
The 155kg Clean & Jerk at the end was his last warm up attempt before he went out for his 162kg opener, which he missed.
As always, watch it in 1080p50 for best quality.

-30.5 min: Sleeping
he went to sleep right after the snatches??
Everett says
Haha. I can’t imagine trying to lift 30 minutes after a nap. I’d be too groggy. But to each his own. I’m assuming at such big competitions the adrenaline runs so high that you are more trying to minimize it rather than amplify it, so sleeping/resting might be a good idea.
Magneto says
I think the benefit is comprehensible but the actual question must be: How the hell was he able to do it? 😀 I still have trouble getting to sleep 6 hours after the competition has ended, haha. How can he be so relaxed with the title on the line? Knowing that he needs a big c&j to win?
Everett says
I know a few people who can go to sleep at will, anywhere, anytime. I suppose he could just be one of them
Beto says
No Nike Romaleos, No Adipower, North Korean Lifters uses the old fashion weightlifitng shoes, maybe this is the secret.
Afferbeck says
They are very high quality $200 hand made suede shoes though
dustin oranchuk says
5 lifts including the bar to get up to opener? thats pretty nuts!
Gregor says
9 lifts.
“-10 min, -8, -5.5: 140kg” means he took 140 ten minutes out, then again 8 minutes, then again 5.5 minutes
