Not sure how I feel about the term “free fall” being used here. I’d like to stay under control, still get the stretch reflex/bounce, and work on maintaining a stable midline in the movement as opposed to getting athletes in the habbit of free fall and really bouncing.

There will be a whole lot a ruined knees from this little video, and if his estimates were correct I would hold the world record by about 10kg
