Magnus Midtbø is an Norwegian Climber.
Like most climbers he has an insane pulling strength. In the video below he bangs out 5 consecutive One Arm Chin Ups (OAC) with One Finger. (Although he can do 11 OACs with the right arm and 7 with the left).

Notes:
He mentions the importance of weight training (with free weights) for climbers. Because climbers naturally have stronger pulling muscles he emphasizes the need to train the antagonists.
- 12 exercises per weight training session an performed in super sets.
- Pushing exercises like dumbbell bench presses, DB overhead presses
- 4 sets of 4 reps for max weight per exercise.
As for core training he performs gymnastics exercises like Body Levers (Dragon Flags) and Hanging Leg Lifts (HLL) with static holds.
