Strongman Páll Logason hits a 345kg Squat.

Born: January 31st 1986
Height: 175 cm / 5 feet 9 inches
Weight: 140 kg / 308 lbs

Update: 350kg Squat

Update: Thanks to jakey for pointing out that he did a 400kg Squat (Wraps) in 2011, which is the Icelandic Raw Squat record.

    Hi guys and thanks for watching my videos. I just wanted to let you know that 345kg and 350kg lifts were following a slim down diet. It was in 125 weight class (slim down from 150).
